Job Title: Translator/Interpreter – English/Mandarin Chinese

We are seeking a full-time Translator/Interpreter – English/Mandarin Chinese, to join our team in the Austin, TX office.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide real-time interpretation (English ↔ Mandarin Chinese) during meetings, calls, and site visits, primarily supporting the CEO.

· Translate written documents such as emails, reports, contracts, and presentations with accuracy and attention to tone and context.

· Assist in cross-cultural communication to ensure mutual understanding between Mandarin- and English-speaking team members and partners.

· Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all translation and interpretation activities.

· Support other administrative or coordination tasks as needed within the executive team or broader company operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Native-level fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Proven experience in translation and interpretation, ideally in a business or real estate-related setting.
• Strong understanding of cultural nuances and the ability to interpret meaning beyond literal translation.
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (OPT and H1B visa sponsorship available if needed) and able to be based full-time in Austin, TX.

· 注重细节，具备良好的组织能力和时间管理能力。

· 能适应快节奏的工作环境，并妥善处理敏感信息。

· 具备在美国合法工作的资格（如有需要，可提供OPT或H1B签证支持），能够全职常驻奥斯汀（Austin, TX）。
