At Recruitz, we are seeking an experienced Radiology Manager to join our leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Diagnostic Imaging department, driving efficiency, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality imaging services. This position requires a hands-on approach to department management, team leadership, and continuous improvement in radiology practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the radiology department, including scheduling, workflow optimization, and resource allocation

  • Supervise and mentor a team of radiologic technologists, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety protocols

  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to maintain seamless interdepartmental communication

  • Monitor and maintain quality control programs for all imaging modalities

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and hospital policies

  • Participate in budgeting and financial management of the department

  • Implement and oversee staff training and development programs

  • Manage equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate with vendors for repairs and upgrades

  • Analyze department performance metrics and implement process improvements

  • Address patient concerns and work to enhance overall patient satisfaction

  • Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new imaging technologies

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred

  • Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT)

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in radiology, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

  • Commitment to quality patient care and safety

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced certification in one or more imaging modalities (e.g., CT, MRI, Mammography)

  • Experience with PACS, RIS, and other relevant healthcare IT systems

  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations and reimbursement models

  • Demonstrated track record of implementing quality improvement initiatives

  • Experience in academic or research-oriented healthcare settings
