* Make an Impact! You are an integral member of the Perioperative Team! As an ORA III, you will work with Surgical Technicians, OR Nurses, Anesthesia and Surgeons to provide personal and environmental care and comfort to patients undergoing surgery. In this role, you will be knowledgeable in both the operation and care of specialized instruments and equipment used by our Surgical and Anesthesia team. ORA III's are responsible for positioning, lifting and/or transferring patients as well as cleaning and sterilizing the Operating Room and OR equipment after each procedure. You would also help transport specimens, manage inventory and maintain adequate supply levels.

Position: Operating Room Assistant III
Shift: 7am-330pm (start times vary: 6a-230p, 630a-3p, & 11a-730p with rotation to off shifts when neeeded); On call is 1 - 12 hour call shift/week and 1 weekend - 24 hour call shift/month
Experience:
Previous Operating Room Assistant II, anesthesia tech or related Health Care experience required.
Education:
High School diploma or GED required.
Licensures/Certifications:
Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
