3D Systems, Inc. - Director, Talent Acquisition & Management Location: Rock Hill, South Carolina The successful candidate for this role is someone who wants to join a fast-moving, technology pioneering company that quite literally has the capability to change the face of the world through the way we manufacture to saving lives through unlimited human organ supply. 3D Systems is leveraging additive manufacturing and regenerative medicine to do just these things. Talent Acquisition Refine sourcing and hiring strategy to ensure we identify and secure a diverse highly talented workforce and scale to support the company’s continued growth. Oversee the campus recruiting strategy including hiring, developing and managing summer internship and onboarding programs. Lead efforts to continuously improve the selection process with tools, interview guides, and interview training that improves overall hiring process. Ensure end-to-end candidate experience (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, onboarding) follows best-in-class practices and reflects the 3D Systems brand. Partner with Human Resources colleagues on programs such as onboarding, benefits, compensation, employee engagement, etc. to ensure smooth transitions for employees joining the company. Develop a creative and proactive recruitment strategy to identify passive and active candidates through university programs, diversity organizations and key strategic agency partners. Talent Management Define, implement and oversee talent management programs, processes, and initiatives to achieve business growth plans and establish a bench of top talent. Develop Talent Management programs, including performance management, high potential pipeline, mobility, succession planning and promotion process. Participate in organizational strategic planning to ensure we build a high-performing culture through talent acquisition, development and retention. Operationalize and efficiently run talent processes year-round. Team Leadership Ensures recruiting team members serve as talent consultants that provide proactive and consultative services to internal stakeholders rather than simply filling open requisitions. Manage and partner with external recruiting vendors and ensure their work is aligned to strategic priorities. Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to recruiting team spread across multiple sites in different time zones.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree required, emphasis in HR, Business Administration or other related field desired. 10 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting including strategy, process, and compliance. Previous experience managing a global team preferred. Experience or knowledge of designing, developing and supporting organization-wide talent acquisition programs. Successfully achieve results in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment. Proven track record of creating and implementing successful internship and campus recruiting programs. A successful candidate for this position will have the ability to: Effectively collaborate, influence and negotiate with others, to drive business decisions forward. Ability to multi-task and oversee multiple concurrent engagements and work streams for various projects. Synthesize information, have strong problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills. Be broad thinking and strategic as well as tactical and detail-oriented and operate seamlessly between the two. Effectively communicate with individuals at all levels in the organization possessing interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence and the ability to engage and motivate people. Data driven mindset – ability to influence, drive decisions and lead discussions utilizing data.
