What’s a typical day as a Call Center Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:
Handling inbound/outbound calls regarding logistics to track shipments
Providing customers with status updates
Handling high volume calls – 60 per day
Managing calls within a 3-5 minute timeframe
Managing email correspondence
Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have the ability to navigate through multiple platforms and use two monitor screens
Can type at least 45 WPM (30 WPM minimum – testing requirement)
Have intermediate proficiency with computers – Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMS), and online phone system
Possess strong follow-up and coordination skills
Are able to search for information using several online resources
Can manage files and folders effectively
Have basic knowledge of cybersecurity practices to protect data and privacy
Are comfortable with conflict and can handle interactions with frustrated customers
Schedule:
Monday - Friday with availability between 5 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Training hours are 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Training is for 4 weeks – no days can be missed during training
There will be 2 weeks of classroom training and 2 weeks of training on the floor
Work schedule will be 6 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. with 2-15 minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch
Attendance is vital, including being punctual and ready for class and returning from breaks and lunch on time
