Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Yacht Sales Consultant located in South Dartmouth, MA. The Yacht Sales Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on yacht purchases, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining long-term client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves regular client interactions, presenting boat features and benefits, and facilitating the entire sales process to deliver a positive purchasing experience.

Position Profile

Candidates MUST have industry experience, at least 3 years of proven successful boat / yacht sales experience.

This position is a full-time, year-round, salary + commissions selling position with 6 figure earnings.

As a member of our Sales Team your opportunities and responsibilities include:

  • New Boat Sales for Beneteau (Power and Sail including Gran Turismo, Grand Trawlers, Swift Trawlers, Oceanis Sailing Yachts), MJM Yachts, Jupiter Boats, True North, Wellcraft, Four Winns, and AB Inflatables
  • Brokerage Sales including listing boats for sale
  • Phone and email Prospecting from a database of over 20,000 contacts
  • Tracking your Call Reports and Conversion Ratios
  • Selling at boat shows and our On the Water Events
  • Qualifying prospective buyers
  • Utilize our robust CRM platform HubSpot for tracking leads & deals
  • Access to our suite of Microsoft 360 applications
  • Working along with our Project Managers to deliver the boats you have sold
