Vice President of Finance

Our client, a deeply rooted non-profit, is currently seeking a VP Finance in this hands-on role.

About the Vice President of Finance role

• The VP of Finance will be tasked with supervising the finance/accounting department in a very hands-on capacity.
• Financial planning, budgeting, daily cash flow and investment opportunity.
• Preparation of financial statements and presentation to the Board.
• Manage banking relations.
• Contract negotiation.
• Identify trends in programs and make suggestions on which ones to keep and which ones to replace.
• Additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications of the Vice President of Finance

• MBA Or CPA
• Strong leadership experience from Non-Profit is required. Working with endowment accounting.
