Telecommunication Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from the preconstruction phase through project closeout.
• Deliver outside plant construction projects on-time and on budget, while meeting quality and safety objectives.
• Supervise in-house and subcontract construction crews.
• Document key production matrices utilizing Essentia’s proprietary Espeed platform.
• Manage material inventory.
• Effectively lead customer meetings.
• Document field changes and prepare redline drawings
• Ensure billing is timely and completed accurately.
• Resolve project roadblocks.
• Forecast production daily, weekly, and monthly
• Report daily, weekly, and monthly production actuals
• Effectively manage resources to meet project timelines

Experience & Qualifications

• Must have Telecommunication Construction Management experience
• Must have experience supervising in-house and subcontract construction crews.
