Join our team as a Swimming Pool Service Technician!

About the Role

As a Pool Service Technician at DMS INC, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing pools throughout the Omaha/Metro NE area. Your primary goal will be to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and proper functionality of our clients' pools. You will perform various tasks, including:

• Regular pool maintenance, such as cleaning and vacuuming.
• Balancing chemicals and monitoring water quality to ensure a safe swimming environment.
• Repairing and replacing pool equipment, such as pumps and filters, as needed.
• Diagnosing and resolving pool equipment malfunctions.
• Providing exceptional customer service by addressing clients' questions and concerns.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. As a Pool Tech, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise and contribute to the overall success of our team.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Prior experience as a Pool Tech is required.
• Knowledge of proper pool maintenance and repair techniques.
• Strong understanding of water chemistry and experience with chemical testing.
• Familiarity with pool equipment and the ability to troubleshoot and repair.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
