**Manpower Staffing Specialist/Recruiter**

**What does a Staffing Specialist/recruiter do?**
+ Drive candidate and client satisfaction and loyalty by matching top talent to great work opportunities
+ Recruiting - Attract, engage, market, assess and employ candidates
+ Hiring - onboard, coach, discipline, advance and terminate associates
+ Create a strong candidate pipeline through attraction campaigns and digital outreach programs
+ Build relationships with clients to gain clear understanding of their current and future hiring needs to find quality candidates and fill openings quickly
+ Process applicant and associate records efficiently and accurately in compliance with HR regulation
+ Compile reports and data from HR systems and databases timely and accurately
+ Likes to have fun, work hard and contribute to the office team
**Do you have what it takes? We are looking for:**
+ One to three years of recruiting, human resources and customer service experience
+ Bachelor's degree is a plus
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
+ Strong computer (MS Office) and organizational skills with great attention to detail
+ Positive attitude with an "own the role" mentality
+ Eagerness to work with a team in a professional office environment and have fun!
