As a Product Owner III within PNC's ServiceNow Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Dallas or Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:
•\tDefine Product Vision and Roadmap
Lead the creation of a clear product vision for ServcieNow Portfolio Management that aligns with business strategy and customer needs. Build and maintain a product roadmap that reflects both short-term deliverables and long-term initiatives

•\tStakeholder Management
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and other departments. Gather, prioritize, and document requirements to ensure the product meets user needs and expectations

•\tProduct Backlog Management
Own and prioritize the product backlog for ServiceNow Portfolio Management. Define user stories, maintain backlog, and collaborate with development teams to ensure features are delivered on time and meet quality standards

•\tCollaborate with Development Teams
Work closely with ServiceNow developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure successful design, development, and delivery of ServiceNow Portfolio Management capabilities, including demand management, resource management, and portfolio optimization

•\tEnd User Testing
Ensure the quality of deliverables by defining acceptance criteria and coordinating testing phases. Validate that features meet business requirements and function as expected.

•\tReporting and Analytics
Provide insights on product performance, roadmap progress, and portfolio management metrics. Deliver reports and presentations to senior leadership to drive decision-making

•\tRisk Management
Identify potential risks, dependencies, and blockers and work proactively to address them. Ensure alignment with overall ServiceNow and IT strategy

•\tTraining and Support
Support training initiatives for internal users and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of the ServiceNow Portfolio Management product

Job Description
  • Owns the vision and definition of the product. Serves as the voice of the Customer. Ensures the Scrum Team(s) effort is concentrated on the right priorities based on business value.
  • Defines and conveys the vision to the team(s) in order to address client requirements to ensure a successful product for business objectives.
  • Accountable for the creation of and the integrity of the product backlog. Prioritizes and leads grooming of the product backlog.
  • Works closely with the Scrum Master(s) and development team(s), to ensure the right items are focused on during the development process. Primary point of contact for questions from the team(s) and is empowered to make decisions.
