We are seeking a driven and experienced Recruiter to join our US Talent Acquistion team at ASM. The ideal candidate will have a blend of experience across university hiring and industry level recruiting for both tech and non-tech roles. You will partner with hiring managers, HR, and the wider talent acquisition team to create a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.

This role will be onsite (4 days a week) in Phoenix, Arizona.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs for each role.
  • Develop and lead recruitment processes for Industry and University roles.
  • Partner with internal teams in the development of annual University recruitment event schedules, lead coordination and execution of US-based events.
  • Partner closely with executive business leaders to understand hiring needs, build strong relationships and provide strategic recruiting support.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top executive talent, utilizing both traditional and creative recruiting methods.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial engagement through offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain and leverage candidate databases, ATS, and sourcing tools to manage talent pipelines.
  • Build strong relationships with universities and technical institutions to attract emerging talent.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience, ensuring transparency and regular communication throughout the process.
  • Analyze and report on recruitment metrics, identifying areas of improvement in the talent acquisition process.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 6+ years experience with university recruitment
  • 6+ years experience recruiting for industry-level roles, preferably engineering
  • 4+ years experience building sourcing strategies and using creative outreach methods to attract talent through various channels, including networking and leveraging online tools/platforms
  • Proven ability to make data-driven decisions, analyze recruitment metrics and present insights to stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and various sourcing tools
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and business stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, growing organizations and driving results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Must possess a strong sense of curiosity, a passion for solving challenges and a proactive mindset with a willingness to take action
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience recruiting for roles in semiconductor manufacturing or other technical industries
  • Strong commitment to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion in hiring practices
  • Expertise in building university recruitment programs and partnerships with educational institutions
  • Experience using Greenhouse
