Job Description Job Description RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATES NEEDED TO DEMONSTRATE PRODUCTS IN COSTCO: Establishes and communicates clear expectations, holding the store team and themselves accountable for achieving all brand, performance, and behavior standards. Performs and oversees basic retail operational activities - such as opening and closing duties, daily store prep, and merchandise flow processes. Engaged in customer sales, inventory receipt, reconciling sales receipts, or performing services for customers. Utilize weekly schedules to ensure proper floor coverage within fiscal guidelines. Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions; presents and displays merchandise in accordance with current promotions and standards. Maintains high standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and all other duties as directed by management. Maintain a high-performance culture: Be motivated to drive customer sales. Meet and surpass store productivity goals. Exceed personal sales goals. Be fluent in all aspects of product knowledge Protects store budget by adhering to scheduled hours and regular supply orders Controls company’s assets, i.e. key control, loss prevention measures, inventory paperwork and company standards of conduct Strives for 100% accuracy and compliance in cash, inventory, fixtures and property Essential Job Functions: Models, teaches, and promotes selling and service standards, offering a cohesive omni channel experience to the customer. Achieve sales expectations by utilizing a variety of sales techniques, clientele and communicating product knowledge to the customer. Recommends merchandise selections for the customer. Builds and maintains a solid customer following with clienteling techniques and regular customer communication. Ensures prompt resolution of customer concerns making sure the customer is always satisfied Schedule: Working hours will be Monday through Friday AM Shift.
