Location: Deer Creek, UT

Salary: $60K–$85K base + performance-based bonuses

An upscale, full-service restaurant is seeking a dynamic and hands-on General Manager to lead its operations and growing events program.

Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of General Manager experience in full-service or upscale casual restaurants.
• Proven success building multiple revenue channels, including event sales (weddings, corporate events, private parties).
• Strong leadership and team development skills, with a hands-on management approach.
• Expertise in financial management, including full P&L responsibility and budget optimization.
• Experience with local marketing initiatives and brand awareness strategies preferred.
• Deep guest service focus, ensuring a high-quality dining and event experience.
• Good tenure and career progression in prior roles.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations, including scheduling, ordering, inventory, and staffing.
• Build and expand the restaurant’s event business and private dining operations.
• Manage all financial aspects, including budgeting, cash handling, P&L management, and labor controls.
• Drive brand awareness and guest engagement through local marketing and community partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, company standards, and state guidelines.
• Recruit, train, and motivate a top-performing team committed to delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Foster a positive workplace culture with strong leadership, accountability, and hospitality standards.
