This role is pivotal for our team’s performance, with a strong focus on identifying and cultivating opportunities in key markets. As the Managing Director, you will spearhead the practice's activities, emphasizing business development, client retention, and effective search execution. Your responsibilities will include crafting and implementing strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve business and financial objectives. Building and nurturing robust client relationships, particularly with leaders in healthcare and life sciences, will be crucial.
