Experience with Agile methodologies and a tech background transitioning into project management are highly valued. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead healthcare-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication across all levels of the organization. Agile Methodology: Apply Agile principles and practices to manage project timelines, resources, and risks effectively, driving continuous improvement in delivery. Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams (including IT, clinical, and operational teams) to ensure project objectives are met and team members are aligned. Problem Solving & Reporting: Identify project risks and roadblocks, develop solutions, and keep stakeholders informed through regular project status updates and reports. Required Qualifications: Healthcare Experience: Experience in the healthcare sector, with a preference for experience in Medicare programs or services. Agile Experience: Knowledge of or experience with Agile methodologies is a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership and technical teams. Tech Background: A background in technology (software, IT, or tech projects) is highly desirable, especially for candidates transitioning into project management roles. Preferred Qualifications: Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively. Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
