The Junior Business Analyst will provide medical program data, information management, and help desk support. Duties & Responsibilities: Prepare monthly meeting agendas and manage internal and external taskers. Draft communications for headquarters and the field. Conduct business process analysis to identify opportunities for automation. Organize and coordinate training events. Provide ongoing operations and sustainment support for processes, operational data models, and program information records/files. Required Education, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical discipline 3-5 years' experience Strong organization and time management skills Experience with medical programs highly preferred Operational experience with health program data and information management in an EMS, law enforcement, military, or humanitarian setting preferred. Excellent communication and consulting skills with ability to work independently Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products required Detail-oriented and analytical troubleshooting experience Experience in medical program data and information management Strong organization and time management skills Prior work at DHS, CBP, or FEMA a huge plus CLR and its subcontractors shall abide by the requirements of 41CFR 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
