The Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on, and bilingual HR leader to transform our HR function and build a best-in-class people strategy. This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional who thrives in a multi-location, fast-paced environment and is energized by the opportunity to implement scalable HR solutions that align with organizational growth.

As the HR Manager , you will lead efforts to modernize HR systems, drive cultural and engagement initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and support workforce planning. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role will have broad influence on enterprise-wide decision-making and play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

HR System Transformation & Compliance

  • Lead the evolution of HR processes from manual workflows to a fully digital, data-driven infrastructure that enhances compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Implement and manage core HR technologies (HRIS, payroll, benefits administration) to support automation, analytics, and strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and proactively address changes in federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Oversee payroll processing across multiple locations, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.

Compensation & Workforce Planning

  • Design and execute compensation strategies that align with organizational goals and market benchmarks.
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and incentive programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align workforce planning, succession strategies, and retention initiatives with long-term business objectives.

Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Drive initiatives that foster employee engagement, workplace satisfaction, and a strong, inclusive culture.
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement policies, learning programs, and employee development strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution to maintain a productive and compliant workplace.

What You Bring

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience : 5+ years of HR management experience, ideally within multi-site operations such as automotive, field services, retail, or similar industries.
  • Skills : Deep expertise in HR systems, compliance, payroll, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
  • Certifications : PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
  • Language : Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Leadership : Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and scale HR strategy across multiple locations.
