Position Overview

Facility: Southpointe Clinic

Location: Fargo, ND

Shift: 8 Hours - Day Shifts

Job Schedule: Full-time

Weekly Hours: 40.00

Starting Rate: $29.50 - $44.50 (Experience credit added to wage)

Job Summary

As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will:

• Answer patient inquiries over the phone, assessing the severity of symptoms and medical needs using triage algorithms.
• Guide patients to the appropriate level of care and schedule appointments with healthcare providers.
• Document patient information in health record systems for follow-up care.
• Maintain and develop triage protocols, ensuring timely updates of patients' healthcare information.
• Educate patients based on their inquiries and provide support through various technologies.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (preferred) with a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing.
• One year of healthcare experience is preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or possesses multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• Must complete all licensing requirements within the first 30 days of employment.
• Obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
