Position Overview: We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to accurately input and update information into our database systems. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to handle large volumes of data with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data in various systems and databases with high accuracy.
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
• Review and correct data entry errors to ensure data integrity.
• Organize and maintain files and records both digital and physical.
• Assist with generating reports and summaries from entered data.
• Perform routine data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in data entry or a related role is preferred.
• Proficiency in typing and data entry software (e.g. MS Excel database management).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
