BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) for our Raleigh, NC Skilled Nursing home care office. This office provides skilled care to both adult and pediatric clients in their home.

Responsibilities for a Clinical Manager:

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Visit our skilled nursing clients and conduct assessments in Raleigh, NC and other surrounding areas.
• Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
• Supervise nursing staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation for new nurses.
• Participate in the training of new nurses and in-services for field staff.

Qualifications for a Clinical Manager:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
• Pediatric experience highly preferred
• Trach/vent experience highly preferred or an interest in learning.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
