Car Wash Managers are responsible for all team members and Operations at a single location. They serve a vital role that has the responsibility of maintaining the facility, developing team members, building relationships within the community and providing excellent customer service. Managers uphold and enforce company policies and ensure their team maximizes on operational capability.

Responsibilities:
- Uphold and enforce standards, policies and procedures
- Maintain a high level of integrity and character
- Supervise and lead team members
- Participate in hiring and retaining staff
- Create a positive work environment to retain staff
- Effectively schedule staff for shifts and maintain adequate staff levels
- Complete duties such as scheduling, inventory, sales reports, training, safety and chemical costs.
- Provide coaching and feedback on Operational performance
- Evaluate employee competency and work effectiveness on a regular basis
- Ensure quick, quality, and efficient service at all times
- Create development plans for team members
- Ensure all team members are trained to meet and exceed job duties
- Ensure New Hire training, paperwork and orientation is completed for all employees
- Identify and correct behaviors that do not meet company standards
- Ensure the team members are acting out and sharing the Company mission, vision and values
- Ensure safety measures are followed in all activities to protect team members and customers
- Ensure the location is clean, neat, and orderly at all times
- Manage and maintain daily labor goals
- Ensure that equipment is maintained and operationally ready
- Provide timely communications to team members and Management team
- Ensure work orders and maintenance is completed promptly
- Set clear, attainable, challenging goals for the location
- Make sound decisions for the betterment of the company
- Build Community relationships by Outreach and networking

Qualifications

:
- 2-3 years of Management or Supervisory level experience
- Valid driver's license
- Meet all administrative and operational requirements of a Manager
- Obtain some Mechanical Maintenance abilities
- High School Diploma or GED
