Position Overview

WorkBay is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in driving operational success across all properties. This role is critical in ensuring tenant satisfaction, maintaining high property standards, and managing WorkBay's portfolio in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate communicates well, embraces teamwork, and demonstrates strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support rent collection processes and tenant notifications.
• Assist with default, lease violation, and eviction proceedings.
• Handle tenant inquiries and concerns professionally, demonstrating effective conflict management skills.
• Coordinate property maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Support tenant move-ins and move-outs, including security deposit reconciliations.
• Maintain organized administrative files related to property management activities.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and manage conflicts professionally.
• Familiarity with using property management software is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual: Spanish and English-speaking.
