Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Art Director to lead our creative projects and drive the artistic vision for our clients under our Creative Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand identity, packaging design, digital design, and campaign development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually stunning and effective design solutions that align with our clients' strategic goals.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the creative process from concept to completion for various design projects, including brand identity, packaging, digital, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the strategy and design team to develop innovative and impactful design solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Direct and guide Sr. & Jr. designers, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure the consistency and quality of visual design across all platforms and media.
  • Lead projects in developing concepts and implementing designs to provide creative solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Partner with the editorial team to ensure copy and visuals are working harmoniously together for a robust 360 client experience.
  • Cultivate a design culture and inspire the team by sharing ideas and leading design reviews.
  • Bring brands to life in the digital space with visual storytelling and a solid understanding of UX principles and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including strategists, developers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
  • Present your work confidently and thoughtfully discuss design decisions and strategic design moves.
