Job Title: Assistant Account Executive / Advertising Coordinator

Position Overview: The Assistant Account Executive (AAE) is an entry-level role ideal for those starting a career in client services. The AAE will support project management, communication, and collaboration within the team, ensuring all projects meet their deadlines and clients are satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a team-oriented atmosphere with constant communication and collaboration.
  • Manage overall project management, including routing across one or more departments.
  • Create and deliver weekly status reports to internal and client teams.
  • Develop daily “Hot Lists” and prioritize workload to meet project deadlines across multiple brands.
  • Manage deadlines with external suppliers and communicate effectively with supplier partners.
  • Proactively provide solutions and ideas to the team.
  • Work with clients to stay on budget, track invoices, and support monthly billing.
  • Plan internal and external meeting logistics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize and execute all components of agency pieces.
  • Ability to discern priorities, adapt to new priorities, and quickly communicate timing changes to team members.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to facilitate positive relationships between the agency and clients’ marketing departments.
